This new construction project consisted of a Memory Care facility as part of Runk & Pratt at Liberty Ridge. The facility included 56 units and 64 bedrooms, along with living, activity, and support spaces, including a commercial kitchen. The project totaled over 38,000 SF of construction and was completed on time and on budget
