This project involved new construction of a 105,000 SF, 108-unit facility for independent living in one of the most charming communities in the state of Virginia. Buildings are wood frame construction with brick,vinyl siding exterior. Bentley Commons is a state-of-the-art community that offers a full complement of amenities and supportive services designed to maximize independence and encourage a healthy, active lifestyle, in addition to offering seniors the assistance they may need.
