In association with Moore's Architecture:

This new construction consists of approx. 6,800 SF of building area, single level, concrete slab on grade, structural steel roofing system, EIFS, masonry/stone veneer, aluminum storefronts and EPDM roofing. This MEP design-Build project was completed in 119 days as scheduled. The building is divided into 3 separate commercial units.
