Campbell County Courthouse Expansion

In Association with Dewberry Architects.

This project was awarded on a competitive bid basis and consisted of renovation and additions to the courthouse including new courtrooms, record rooms, jury rooms and judges' chambers. The existing courthouse maintained current operations during construction requiring close communication and coordination with the courthouse staff. This project also included new mechanical and electrical systems as well as a new roof for the existing building. To facilitate construction, We provided a temporary secured records storage room and a temporary entrance to the existing courthouse.
