Project Details

Jamerson Lewis has completed several expansion and renovations for Tessy Plastics, Inc. over the past few years. The most recent project was phased work, including a 6,400 SF renovation of the office area and mezzanine. Work scope included demolition and “build back” for new office spaces, including a glass walled conference room, fire protection, HVAC and electrical systems. Work was phased and continually coordinated to ensure plant operations were not impacted during construction. The success of this project was the direct result of a TEAM effort by all parties. This project was completed in just 8 weeks and under budget.
