KDC H3 Addition project was a design-build of a 3,000 SF Class 1, Division 2 Hazardous Material Storage and Mixing facility addition. The new addition replaced an existing storage facility that no longer met the Owner’s needs. Jamerson-Lewis worked with the Owner and Design Professionals to develop the scope of the project to meet the specific function and code requirements of the Owner’s production and storage needs. Prior to work beginning, the building addition had to be separated from the existing facility for security and containment. Tie-ins of existing utilities were coordinated and completed during the Owners pre-determined production shutdown schedule. The project was delivered well below the Owner’s budget.
