With Centra serving more and more patients from further outside the Lynchburg area, lodging adjacent to Lynchburg General Hospital was becoming an increasing need. This project, located in front of the Alan B. Pearson Regional Cancer Center, involved new construction of a 19,000 square foot, 24-room inn for patients and their families. The inn provides comfort and convenience for patients undergoing treatment, and home-like lodging for family members, saving them multiple trips to and from the hospital.
