The facility houses medical, dental, and behavioral health facilities, accompanied by a gym and a pharmacy. In addition to these essential services, the project includes amenities that complement and enhance the overall healthcare experience. The total building size is approximately 14,255 square feet under the roof, with 12,250 square feet designated as conditioned space. The project also involves significant site development to ensure the optimal functionality and accessibility of the healthcare facility
