Jamerson-Lewis Construction completed interior renovations on the second floor of Jett Hall at Virginia Episcopal School, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics within this academic space. The project focused on modernizing the main corridor and adjacent offices while respecting the character of the existing building.
Improvements included selective interior demolition, refinishing existing hardwood floors, and the installation of new flooring and base where needed. The main corridor was upgraded with new wainscoting, while offices received custom radiator covers and updated finishes throughout. New office doors, light fixtures, and fresh paint were installed to create a brighter, more cohesive environment.
The scope also included constructing a new interior wall to create an additional office, along with new ceiling tile and grid installation to complete the updated look. All work was carefully coordinated to minimize disruption to campus operations.
