Project Details

In association with VMDO Architects:

Phase 1 of the Kirby Fieldhouse renovation focused on selective exterior improvements to support future interior upgrades. Work included the replacement of the existing roof system and comprehensive façade renovations to enhance building performance and extend the life of the facility.

The façade scope involved cleaning, repairing, and refinishing existing masonry; replacing deteriorated elements; and updating exterior materials as needed. These upgrades were coordinated around ongoing operations and in anticipation of future interior athletic facility improvements planned for subsequent phases.
