A new 30,000 SF steel and concrete-framed facility featuring aluminum curtainwall and insulated metal panel exteriors. The building includes exposed structural steel, acoustical metal decking, and stained concrete floors throughout over half the interior. It houses education and research spaces, including a high bay area for local universities, colleges, and businesses.

A 100-foot-tall open steel tower with a continuous spiral stair supports communication research. The facility also includes six research modules, a 2,500 SF simulation lab, and a test lab for Babcock & Wilcox - making this a truly high-tech, cutting-edge space.
