Welcome Ashley Kershner

Jamerson-Lewis Construction is excited to welcome Ashley Kershner as our new Director of Community Engagement.

Ashley brings over 15 years of leadership experience in strategic planning, branding, public relations, and stakeholder engagement through her work with Downtown Lynchburg Association, the City of Lynchburg, and various non-profits. Her ability to connect vision with execution - and unite people around shared goals - makes her a powerful addition to our team as we continue to grow.

In this new role, Ashley will help shape our communications strategy, support talent recruitment and retention, and grow Jamerson-Lewis’s impact as a community-minded builder across Central and Southwest Virginia.
