ACE Academy Construction Moves Forward, Connecting Students to High-Demand Careers
Construction Progress at the Albemarle Career Exploration (ACE) Academy
Jamerson-Lewis Construction continues to make steady progress at the Albemarle Career Exploration (ACE) Academy, part of the Lambs Lane Campus in Albemarle County, Virginia.
As the start of the school year approaches, crews are working to complete paving and striping of the roadway that surrounds the new facility. This is a key milestone to ensure safe and efficient access for students and staff.
Inside the building footprint, steel is being set for the first floor, and our team is preparing critical infrastructure spaces, including the data center and mechanical rooms. These areas will support the school’s advanced technology and building systems.
Once complete, the ACE Academy will offer students hands-on learning opportunities in skilled trades, automotive technology, cybersecurity, and more. The facility is designed to help prepare the next generation for high-demand careers.
We’re proud to be part of a project that supports both education and workforce development in our communities.
