Project Details

The Neighbors Place, a well-known restaurant in the Lynchburg area, was the first commercial space constructed in the newly created Wyndhurst development which is a community developed by Jamerson Real Estate. The restaurant was a design-build project. The motif for this design was to simulate tobacco barns, which were prevalent in the area in the 1800s. The project features a covered entrance, outside dining with a large firepit, and an exhibition kitchen open to the dining area. Exposed beams in the foyer provide unique aesthetics while assisting to direct natural lighting.
