Additions & Renovations

Project Details

In Association with Accupoint Surveying & Design

The scope of this project includes the implementation of erosion and sediment control measures, the creation of a construction entrance with cut-in stone, installation of a 912-foot super silt fence, precise grading within the Land of Development, excavation and installation of stone and soil for a dry conveyance swale, permanent seeding over 33,000 square feet, and landscaping featuring 71 leylands and 7 dogwoods with mulch rings. The project aimed to enhance both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the retail space, prioritizing sustainability through erosion control and landscape design.

The new bag factory, housed in a historic farmhouse, restored and updated with the latest equipment and technology, supports the production of high-quality, handmade bags and accessories. The space not only exudes beauty and inspiration but also boasts a sustainable and eco-friendly work environment in alignment with the values of Meanwhile Back on the Farm.
