A new 87,791-square-foot medical office building was constructed for three orthopaedic groups combining their practice in Lynchburg. The project included medical equipment installation including an MRI, office and support spaces, examination rooms and physical therapy. MEP was performed on a design/build basis. Preconstruction services were provided.
