In late December 2015, Centra Health contacted Jamerson-Lewis Construction in regards to partnering with them to renovate the old Wiley|Wilson building for a new training and operations center. This was necessary to accommodate a change in software for health care management. Of course we said yes; the only problem was that they had no plans and needed to occupy the first floor in 3 months! Thirty days later, we had a plan, a permit, a not-to-exceed cost, a schedule, and we were roughing-in the MEP and framing walls. We were able to complete the first floor for occupancy the first of April 2016. The entire project was completed in August 2016.
