Project Details

This project will consist of a new addition and renovation to the Randolph College Athletic Center. The new addition will be located over a portion of the existing building where a roof terrace currently exists. The addition will consists of offices, restrooms, a weight room, and an Aerobics room, along with supporting corridors, entry lobby, elevator and a fire rated enclosed stair. The renovations will included renovations to the ground floor men's and women's team rooms, corridors, visitor's team rooms, training room, referee room, existing stair enclosure, and alterations to existing mechanical systems for the locker and shower rooms. the first floor renovations will consist of the pedestrian bridge walking level to be raises, 1st floor gymnasium, added ADA platform lift, and roof alterations.
