VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONSJason graduated from East Carolina University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He began his career with a commercial contractor, starting as an Assistant Project Manager before advancing to an On-site Project Manager/Superintendent role. A career milestone came in the years following 9/11, when he managed a major airport security expansion project - an experience that propelled him into a full-time Project Manager position in 2005.

Known for his leadership rooted in trust, respect, and kindness, Jason is recognized by colleagues and subcontractors alike for his collaborative approach and hands-on involvement in every project.

Outside of work, Jason is deeply engaged in his community. He has served on the Vestry and building committee at Historic St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, where he also volunteers as an usher. He is an active member of the Lynchburg Leadership Board and is committed to giving back in meaningful ways.
