Jason graduated in 1999 from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He started his career immediately after college for a commercial contractor, first as an Assistant Project Manager and later as an On-site Project Manager/Superintendent.  Jason has worked in several highly sensitive environments including a major airport security expansion post 9/11 that helped boost his career into a full-time Project Manager in 2005.  

Jason’s leadership style is based upon trust and respect – just ask any subcontractor. He is a prime example of what is possible when we lead with kindness. His positive approach and wiliness to get down in the trenches with the team are what make him such a great leader.
